This is us: Miri and Greg. If you follow us on social media you probably know us under the names MiriUnderTheSea and GingeUnderTheSea. We are both passionate ocean people, Greg’s a dive instructor and National Geographic Educator and Miri is a dive master and marine biologist. Together we are doing everything we can to make people fall in love with the ocean and understand the issues our planet faces, in particular within the marine world. While Miri usually uses data and art to communicate this, Greg is actively involved in the education side of things – he has given talks about shark and marine conservation issues to thousands of students around the world. We hope to inspire more people to feel passionate about marine animals to develop a sense of urgency in the protection of our oceans.
